The Satire Of Goin' Bulilit

I know one way or the other; you had your share of laughing your heart out as the kids of Goin’ Bulilit strut their way into spilling witty and funny lines every Sunday at ABS-CBN channel 2. I have to say that kids like Nash Aguas and Charlene are really blessed with natural humor and bliss of talent. To say that the show is just funny can be an understatement. Bobot Mortiz is the genius behind this prolific Kid comedy show. I have to toss the kudos too for the writers who are so well immersed with the current by-lines and idiosyncrasies of the “masa” and even high profiled get-goes.

Take note that the show airs on a primetime slot. Not too late in the evening for kids to see, and not to early for grown-ups to accompany their kids in viewing. Aside from the cute antics of the kids, there is one evident element in the show that cracks me up- the satire. The show often slides topics on government issues and make some funny take on it. The satirical approach to political and social issues will really sell because it’s a way to make bad events light even in a boob tube way.

The lampoon version of TV shows from ABS-CBN and GMA 7 adds more color to the show. It is sometimes so amazing that it can leave you wondering just how well these kids are trained. Now, for you to see the satire that I am talking about; try watching the show and see these high-paid little comedy actors and actresses crack their witty and boner lines out.
